Cacao Ceremony

meeting what is truly important at this moment

A gentle sacred moment of returning to the space of the heart and the Soul.

Sometimes in life we wander off into the mind — into spirals of thoughts, duties, and restlessness. In the search for “what is right,” the inner voice grows quiet.

The cacao ceremony at Zvangas is a gentle return to yourself — from mental overload back into the space of the heart. It is a living meeting with what is truly important in this moment.

What is a Cacao Ceremony, and how does it work?

A cacao ceremony is a space of presence — a space where one can pause, breathe, and listen more deeply to oneself.

In my approach, cacao is not the central force. It is not a miracle cure, nor the thing that heals.

Here, cacao is a gentle tool, an activator, and a present friend — a companion that helps calm the mind, soften inner tensions, and open space for the language of the heart.

The true work happens through presence. Through the ability to be here and now, allowing what usually remains unheard in everyday life to speak.

This conversation is not about cacao. It is not about a method, technique, or ritual. It is a conversation about what, in this moment, is essential for the Soul.

The language of the Heart, the Soul, and Life.

Through presence, we allow the language of the heart and the language of the Soul to speak, and we sense the invisible yet real presence of Life.

Life itself is not self-created — it is a gift from God. Nature is the visible form of this gift.

In the ceremony, we do not create anything artificially. We simply open a space in which Life can be heard, felt, and received.

How does the ceremony unfold?

The ceremony lasts approximately 2+ hours. We do not rush anywhere — we allow the process to unfold at a natural, living pace.

When the heart seeks clarity

People often arrive at a cacao ceremony at moments when the mind is tired and the heart is seeking clarity. It may be a crossroads in life, a time of change, or a quiet inner sense that it is time to pause.

During the ceremony, we do not search for answers in the mind. We create a present and safe space where it is possible to become quiet, breathe, and allow the Soul to reveal what is most essential right now.

This space is especially suitable for moments when a person stands before a choice, feels confused, or is weary of thinking. It is not a solution, but one step on the path that helps bring you back to yourself.

About the space and my presence

I hold a safe, calm, and present space in which you can feel heard, accepted, and free to be exactly as you are.

The ceremony takes place in our living space at Zvangas — a place where we ourselves live and cultivate relationships with nature, animals, and people. It is a holistic space, a refuge in nature, where life unfolds in a real and authentic way.

For individual experience only

The cacao ceremony is offered only as an individual experience,
to ensure a deep, personal, and safe space.

If you feel a wish to experience cacao together with family, friends, or a group, I invite you to apply for a Chocolate or Cacao Workshop — a warm, lighter form of togetherness and co-creation.

Integration

After the ceremony, you are welcome to stay a little longer — to walk in nature, sense the space of the place, and meet our horses, whose presence helps with grounding and returning into the body.

Effects on the body and consciousness

After the ceremony, people often experience:

  • a calmer mind,
  • openness of the heart and gentleness toward themselves,
  • clarity in feelings and choices,
  • a deeper connection with their inner voice,
  • gratitude for life as it is.

The ceremony is guided by Liene Klementjeva

Cacao has been a present companion on my path since 2017. In my approach, it is not a force in itself,
but a gentle tool that helps quiet the mind
and open the space of the heart.

Through lived experience and learning, I have come to know cacao as a companion rather than a healer.
This experience is not a destination, nor a return to one’s origin or “final version” — it is a single step on the path,
in which a person can honor Life as a gift from God.
